Could you please try to test the self-built debug (or better dbgutil) master
with Visual Studio debug session attached? That could allow the debugger to
jump up when the problem occurs, and allow you to see the place in code, and
state of all variables at the moment of the violation. The stack you posted
unfortunately doesn't sow the actual code failing
(OpenGLSalBitmap::ScalingSupported is just "return true;", and that
mergedlo!OpenGLSalBitmap::ScalingSupported+0x294 is somewhere in other code...)
