Just open Windows explorer (not Internet explorer) then go to :
c:\Users\<your user name directory>\appdata
"appdata" directory appears only when selecting display all directories (see
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4028316/windows-view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-10)
Once in appdata, remove subdir "libreoffice".
