That only means that missing data could be added to other boxes, copying what
is done in CommandCategoryListBox::FillFunctionsList; e.g.
CuiConfigGroupListBox::FillFunctionsList for the list on Keyboard tab. Or be
queried on demand when showing tooltip (and filled into the pData to avoid
repeated queries).
