Because this is a different issue.
Bug #129527 concerns the fact that the "Edit Style" button is greyed out (when
it should not be), when using numbering styles (that are not chapter
numbering).
This bug report is about the special case where Chapter Numbering style is
used, and the (current) intention is to have the Edit Style greyed out.
This report is a simple enhancement proposal -- instead of greying out Edit
Style in this special case, simply let the button open the Chapter Numbering
dialog box (so that the user does not have to use the menu (Tools > Chapter
numbering) to edit the numbering style (in the Chapter numbering case).
