Did you install LO 64 bits?
Did you download from official website?
(https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)
Is it an install on local hard disk/ssd not on a network?
Is it your personal computer or company computer? (which could have some GPOs
or other restrictions).
Do you have an antivirus enabled? If yes which one and, for the test, could you
disable it temporarily?
