Sorry for the delayed answer. It seems, that the intended feature is working
properly with the following version of LibreOffice:
Version: 6.3.3.2 (x86)

Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE

I could not reproduce my fearure request with the descibed version today, when
I was trying to build the requested sample document. All wis working as
requested.
So, thank you for your effort, but no action is needed.
