I managed to reproduce the requested error and found a work around solution -
if it is'nt known already:
If you add a line with NO text in it formated with level 2 heading below the
level 1 heading the tripled heading is vanishing.
So I think for now the bug indeed may be described as resolved - am I right?
Is the descirbed behavior as intented or is it only a work around?
