Description:
In the template manager, there are drop-downs to filter by "application" and
"category". The problem is that changing the "application" also changes the
"category" back to "All Categories".
This is irritating if the correct category is already selected, which is very
likely the case since the dialog remembers the last used category.
Whether the current behavior is intentional or not, it would be better for the
filter drop-downs not to interfere with each other.
Steps to Reproduce:
Change application drop-down in template manager.
Actual Results:
Category changes.
Expected Results:
Category is unchanged.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
