This works for me

0. Make List 1 red text to easier see behavior
1. Click anywhere in List 1 (e.g., start of the list before L)
2. Click the clone format tool
3. Click and drag over the full List 2 line while holding cmd

Other ways:
Clicking and holding cmd on only the "List 2" word changes the paragraph, but
only makes the List 2 word red
Triple-clicking and holding cmd changes paragraph and makes the whole line red

I guess this resolves the issue? -> NEEDINFO
