The save as dialog has no option to "Hide file suffix". Unsure when this
problem was introduced. Obviously a regression as the old bug exists claiming
the functionality was fixed.
There was a previous bug where LO ignored that option and that was fixed:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open LO and create any new document
2. shift cmd s to save as
3. look at dialog
Actual Results:
No option to "Hide file suffix".
Expected Results:
Option should be shown.
Reproducible: Always
