Not really. Your description of the bug is clear enough. We just need someone
using Linux to reproduce your bug.
Meanwhile, if you want to help investigating, you can try setting the
environment variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN to gen, something like
$ SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice6.4 file.csv
to force LO to use X11 instead of GTK3, and see if it changes anything.
