steps to reproduce:
1) open new file
2) make a second sheet
3) make sheet 1 protect
4) go to sheet 2 and open Styles and Formatting
5) choose a style in a cell
6) when you want to change the style, right click on cell style and nothing
happens
7) go to sheet 1 and unprotect sheet
8) go to sheet 2 and do step 6 and now you can change the style
