Description:
Docx document renders incorrectly in that a picture is shown in the wrong place
so that it obscures some of the text. Also a blank box is shown, presumably for
the picture, which obscures other parts of the text, I guess the text should
flow around this box.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached document

Actual Results:
Line drawing obscures text on 1st page.
More text obscured by blank box in middle of bottom of 1st page.
Expected Results:
All text readable. Line drawing picture shown with text flowing around it.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
