Perhaps my terminology is wrong. What I mean is that the image shows there is
no submenu. There is no arrow showing there is a submenu. No arrow, no
submenu.
Or perhaps it a sub-sub menu?
Please review the first image "Missing sub menu". No arrow beside the "Track
changes" and since there is no arrow there is no way to access the sub(-sub)
menu.
Above the Track menu item you see the arrows that indicate the additional sub
menu. You can see there is no arrow to get to the sub-menu where the
"Record/Show/etc etc. are located.
