Korean vertical writing in HWP(Left) and LibreOffice(Right)

Set Korean mode and Vertical Text mode on HWP.
Period (. U+002E) replaces ideographic full stop (。 U+3002) for Vertical
writing.
Also, Comma(, U+002C) replaces ideographic comma(、U+3001) for Vertical writing.
However, LibreOffice doesn't change Period (. U+002E) into ideographic full
stop (。 U+3002) and Comma(, U+002C) into ideographic comma(、U+3001) for
Vertical writing.
