When you right click on an inserted image and choose "Caption...", "Category"
is "Illustration" by default. I don't think this is a good idea, as nobody
calls images that way: most of the time, they are called "Figure".
This is a small change that improves the user experience by doing the right
thing in the first place.
(This behavior has existed for as long as I can remember in OpenOffice and
LibreOffice.)
