Loss of editing in manage with ColourScale 3 entries
Problem description: when a ColourScale with 3 entries is created and saved.
This is very similar, but not the same as bug 53282.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attachment
2. use CF->manage to edit conditional formatting in A1:A3
NB: the formatting already set up is a ColourScale (3 entries)
Current behavior: only 2 entries appears (although clicking OK without making
changes does not result in loss of current settings
Expected behavior: the dialogue shows the conditional formatting as it is
currently set up
