@Timur, I guess I can understand your reasoning if you believe that the intent
of numbered and bulleted lists as well as outlines is to be a mechanism created
for the benefit of the programmers being able to say that they did something or
other.
However, if we are speaking about usability or intuitive design, this is most
certainly a bug, or a programming flaw at the very least. I can find no
justification for such a thing in a modern word processor.
