Thank you for the suggestion.
LibreOffice is OASIS ODF standards driven. ODF Master documents are provided
for in the ODF 1.2/1.3 standard.
You can already insert content from any LO module as OLE object into any
subdocument.
And no single moudule other than Writer benefits from the organization
complexity that the Writer centric ODF Master document provides.
