The specific task that ODM solves for Writer documents, which can't be solved
by OLE, is central management/redefinition of styles: a style definition in
master document overrides same-name style in linked documents.
This is not applicable to proposed mixed-type content. Better link management
is a different problem, and needs own improvement to eliminate the reason
mentioned here ("dynamic links between files can be broken with change of
computer or change of document places").
So WF from my PoV.
