When bug is Needinfo and you respond, it's written in bug to set back
Unconfirmed, not Reopened.
Again you give no precise steps like:
1. mark "hoccine meruerunt? ‘is this the reward?’:"
2. move to 1st sentence after "Stylistically,"
3. see that text "..." becomes bold..
All that would be clear if you read how to report bug.
