Description:
Cannot select and and drag single cells in spreadsheets. Selecting two or more
cells and dragging them to a new location works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select single cell
2. Click on cell and try to drag it to another location within the speadsheet.
3.
Actual Results:
Cannot move cell
Expected Results:
Contents of cell should move to new selected location
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
Saving files in XLS format.
