No repro using
Version: 6.4.6.2; Build ID: 0ce51a4fd21bff07a5c061082cc82c5ed232f115
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: kf5;
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US; Calc: threaded
However this looks like a usage problem. To select a single cell for being
dragged, user needs to
- click the cell
- move mouse pointer to a neighboring cell (while left mouse key pressed)
- move back to original cell (still left mouse key pressed)
=> Cell to be moved turns its color to same color like a selection of a whole
range and can be moved.
