Keeping this button active, and enabling it to open relevant Properties dialog,
has additional benefit of providing useful information to the user: clicking
it, user can learn where does this information come from. It is
self-documenting and educating.
I see *absolutely no* downsides in keeping it. Do we have a bug report like "I
see this button (if it would work), and I feel paralyzed by its presence"?
