should we just "select" and "delete" the range from delete-surrounding-text,
leaving the cursor at that deletion point ? like
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/104735 does, or should we copy the
original cursor pos and just adjust it by the num of chars removed and set a
new cursor ?
