I have started with the Getting Started 6.4 manual and am RTFM, like I probably
should have done several years ago but never took the time.
I have already learned some interesting things about LibreOffice from this
exercise.
I am now copying the entire %APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user directory to a backup
location when I make a change to the settings in LibreOffice. I hope this will
make recovery easier in the future.
This may not be a fool proof solution but at least it offers some level of
recovery options I did not have before.
