Consistent crash whenever clicking the Effect properties on a picture.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LO Draw
2. Drag a photo (any format) onto a page
3. On the far right, click the +Effect button to expand the Effect properties
Actual Results:
Crash
Expected Results:
Should not crash
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

This bug occurred in a Windows environment. Please test using Windows.
