1. Launch LibreOffice from Microsoft Windows
2. Open the LibreOffice Draw application
3. Open a Microsoft File Explorer Window
4. On the Microsoft File Explorer Window, navigate to a picture, such as a PNG
5. Attempt to drag the picture from the File Explorer Window onto LO Draw
Result:
While attempting to transfer image onto a Draw slide, a no-entry icon appears,
and the transfer fails.
