Figured it out.
You cannot drag and drop when LO runs as administrator. I turned off run as
administrator in
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: 32fdb8eb3506bc8dcf013cc713fe8e5debceb940
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 20262; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
and the drag-and-drop worked.
I'm not sure what I lose by not having LO run as administrator, but I think
this detail needs to be documented somewhere.
Do I mark this bug as works for me, and create a new one specifying that drag
and drop fails when LO runs in administrator mode, or do we keep with this one?
