For the record, I used 'gen' VCL plugin, and what I saw is the lack of icons.
I'm not sure what "Shows only grey fields -- no commandnames" and "View >
Freeze Cells menu is empty" is supposed to mean. If it's a different issue,
feel free to mark my previous comment obsolete.
