I think you are right. I restarted in safe mode -- and the problem
disappeared. So maybe my report is "invalid" (profile problem). (but it is
curious that you also had that problem -- also with windows -- though in my
case w/o Skia)
About "missing icons" -- that is a UI design decision -- so nothing is missing
there.
