On my desk is a laptop computer, belonging to my life partner, with a Microsoft
Word 2010 with Hebrew UI. That's what I meant by "Hebrew Edition".

I don't think we should expect our users (which do not necessarily have a clue
about CTL languages, not using any themselves) to always do that. Maybe you are
saying that fixing bug 39935 would also solve this issue?
