Well, Skia may still be enabled but the Vulkan GPU rendering is not. So if
fully disabled, you may have
UI render: default; VCL: win
rather than
UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
or
UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
But, we are interested in what GPU and driver is on your system. Please
reenable the Skia/Vulkan rendering, and then copy out the skia.log--the log
will then show the details for the GPU. Thanks.
