Flickering tooltip
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open new calc file
2. right-click any cell and select "Format Cells…"
3. open "Borders" tab and click the "Color:" dropdown
4. hover over any color
Actual Results:
Tooltip displaying the name of the color is flickering
Expected Results:
No flickering for tooltips showing color name
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
