Character width scaling does not work:
+) Create a text element.
+) Mark the text element.
+) Select menu Format (Format) / Character... (Zeichen...)
+) Go to tab Position (Position)
+) Change value of Scale width (Breite skalieren) to 200 % (anything but 100%)
+) Klick on butten OK (OK)
+) Nothing happens to the text element.
Version 3.6.3.2 does work as expected (the text becomes wider or smaller).
