Description:
Image in frame vanishes after changing anchor of image (and undo doesn't
restore)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save As DOCX (but similar can produced with ODT)
3. Click the image inside the frame
4. Anchor to 'to character'
5. Press undo
Actual Results:
Image gone at step 4 and step 5 doesn't make any difference
Expected Results:
Should work better
Reproducible: Always
