Image compression affects the image quality in exported pdf

Reporting for 32-bit version of Windows 7, running on Pentium PC.

I have a single-page odp file that contains two images and two callouts.
I am trying to export it as pdf.

But I am getting a strange result as follows:

In the "Pdf options" window, "General" tab, "Images" section:

1. If I select the "lossless" radio button, the result is good.
2. If I select the "JPEG compression" radio button and set the compression to
90%, one of the two images is exported as green rectangle of the same size. The
other image is exported fine.

Attaching the original source (odp) file and exported pdf files.
