Thank you for resolving the explanation. As an excuse I would like to write
that in my language version (PL) the "Diacritic-sensitive" option was described
(in Polish) as "Rozróżniaj wielkość znaków" which when translated into English
reads "Distinguish character width" and the help itself says:
Distinguish character width (only with Asian languages enabled)
Distinguishes between half-width and full-width characters.
