I'm using LibreOffice 7.0.3.1 00(Build:1) on a Lubuntu-20.10 system and localc
is giving me big troubles with screen drawing. Doing some simple operations
like closing a message or trying to edit a comment results in the window NOT
being refreshed anymore rendering the tool unusable.

Operations that trigger the problem found so far:
- Closing the "Automatic update of external links has been disabled" message
using the 'x' icon
- Clicking on 'Allow updating' button from the "Automatic update of external
links has been disabled" message
- Right-clicking on a cell with a comment and picking "Edit comment"
