For the record: "Insert Comment" also triggers the problem (still on 7.0.3.1).
No Tool-Options-View-HardwareAcceleration of Use Antialiasing fixes it.
Instead, toggling window maximization (back and forth) seems to fix the problem
and stop triggering it on next time the triggering operations are attempted !
