I agree that we use both terms in our language.
But the later one(return) is used more commonly on the software context, for
example when programming, writing some stuffs.
When we talk about the hardware, the keyboard, I am sure almost all of the
people only know(say) "enter"(回车键).
And here, it means the keyboard. So "换行" can be removed.
