Proposal for "tooltip" for .uno:ContinueNumbering -- in connection with
renaming to "Add to Previous List"
Add selected paragraphs to immediately preceding ordered or unordered list.
Reasons:
1. Short text.
2. Focuses on most likely (and easiest) command use (technique C in comment 15)
3 Consistent with command name.
4. Signals that it can be applied with all kinds of lists.
5. No good ideas for signalling technique A or B (in comment 15) in a short
tooltip, that would not obscure technique C.
