screenshot of the issue i notice and it help in reproducing the issue

Problem description: the problem is when i try to remove some borders from
table cells and left some others and save the file as docx, then i open it in
Microsoft office the table will have all borders with lines so I guess the
filter does not store any cell borders (libreoffice does not distinguish
between border apply on cell or apply on table and store as its on table not on
cell)

Steps to reproduce:
1. .... make a table and remove some of the row borders and leave others
2. .... save the file as docx
3. .... open file with Microsoft office and it will have all borders

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.0.3 rc
