LibreOffice minimum supported display dimension height is 768px, what screen
resolution have you set the Windows WDM to, and what is your physical display
resolution and dimension? Also, the main menu items like 'View' will scroll to
expose items that are out of window frame. Focus into the menu list, then
cursor down. Reaching the bottom of window frame the menu list should scroll up
to reveal out of frame items.
