Together with tables and images, blocks of text representing "listing" such as
source code listings, raw data listings, are often used in technical text
documents.
LibreOffice can have a "LibreOffice Writer Listing" caption category for such
king of text blocks, to be set in the basic set of caption categories.
The "LibreOffice Writer Listing" basic category should be translatable.
The "LibreOffice Writer Listing" category should be cross-referenciable.
Note: User can define a custom "Listing" category, however, if the text is
brought for translation, the custom category is not translated (as opposed to
the defaults such as Illustration, Figure, Table, and so on).
