I tried again with LO v4, but it still crashed when I started it up. Yes, I
deleted its local LO4 profile. I tried running soffice_bin.exe, but it quickly
failed:

soffice.bin -- Unable to Locate Component -- This application has failed to
start because sal3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
this problem.
