No. Hidden text is just deleted (which makes sense).
Track-changes is an entirely different beast and its whole purpose it to keep
deleted content around, so it too can just delete everything. So that won't
help in this situation either.
Note that it will be best to check for comments BEFORE calling
lcl_MaskRedlinesAndHiddenText, since that junction just adds MORE
CH_TXTATR_INWORD's that would need to be tested to see if they are comment
markers.
