This is ALREADY a problem, so it won't be something introduced by trying to
ignore comment-anchors during the spell check.
Proposed patch for fixing "the word is then recognized as misspelt" at
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/118972.
Still needed is a patch for "correcting the broken word makes the comment
disappear" in case the word truly needed correcting.
