Problem Description:
After installing LO 4.0.0.3 it is no longer possible to change the user
interface language. I have installed the German LO release and can
unfortunately no more change to the English UI like in the past.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the German LO release 4.0.0.3
2. Go to Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages
3. Open the list box for User Interface
Current Behavior:
You can only choose German, but not English or any other language. LO Online
Help says "If the listbox doesn't list the language that you want, see 'Adding
More UI Languages'." There you find only the information, that you have to
install an additional language package. LO Offline Help also says, that you
have to install an additional language package, but Online and Offline Help say
both not how and where. If you open the LO website you cannot not find
information in the section Download about installing additional language
packages.
Expected Behavior:
There should be an item like "Add an additional language" in the list box for
the user interface, which opens automatically a website or dialogue to install
another language packages, or a button for installing additional language
packages, or at least on the LO website you should find the opportunity to
download an additional language package and in the LO help it should be
mentioned how you can install additional language packages.
