On another Windows XP Home Edition system, I created a limited account and created a Word document in MS Word 2003 and saved it in the "Shared Documents" folder. I then logged in to the limited account and opened the file in Word 2003 and it was opened in "read-only" mode. When I tried to open it in LibreOffice 3.6.4, I got the same warning message I described in this bug report. Then, I tried to delete the Word document from the "Shared Documents" folder and was denied access. So, I no longer consider this a bug in LibreOffice.
